Hi,
I'm trying use an "if condition" to get an outcome. Here's the formula I'm using:
Column = IF(OR('All Incidents'[Ticket Type]="Closed", OR('All Incidents'[Ticket Type]="Resolved", 'All Incidents'[Ticket Type]="Resolved - Self Heal")), "Resolved","Active")
I need to get "Resolved", if any of the three types match the column else I should be getting "Active". When I input this formula, I was getting the outcome as "Active". Any help on this would be appreciated.
Regards,
Mahesh

@Anonymous Please try this as a new column
Column = IF('All Incidents'[Ticket Type] IN {"Closed","Resolved","Resolved - Self Heal"},"Resolved","Active")

@PattemManohar Thanks for the prompt response. However, I'm still getting the same outcome as "Active" in the results. Is there any other way to put this?
