RESULT = IF('TEST'[REVENUE]<1000||ISBLANK('TEST'[REVENUE]),"CHECK",(IF('TEST'[REVENUE]>=1000,"OK")))

i used this

if (table[revenue] < 1000, "Check", "Ok")
