I want to add a cell in a table with colour coding based on the trend of the previous month

I have a table with COlumns Metric,Nov'17,Dec'17 and so On. I need to derive a column with the trend whether it has gone up or down for the Metric when compared to previous Month.

I want to create a power Bi view similar to the excel version attached.ExcelSample.PNG

Thanks

Kirtiga R

Hi @Kirtiga,

Th easiest way is importing Excel model to Power BI desktop directly, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-import-and-display-kpis
