Hi ,
I have set of Operators which are segregated as if (Chats)Transferred='Y' then show Handled and Transferred as user name otherwise keep as it is the operator name - which i have implemented in User column - Image 1
By default I am showing average of overall column of last 4 weeks in each Dial Guage visual ( Excluding handled and transferred user) i.e. Transferred='N' (Image 2)
But on selection handled and transferred from slicer the dial guage should display average of overall of last 4 weeks in each dial guage visual ( only for handled and transferred users)
Please help me how can i perform different operation on same visual .

Hi ,
I am able to show default values in dial guage by excluding handled and transferred , but i am facing problem for - if i select handled and transferred from slicer then the dial guage values becomes Blank , but it should give me average of overall for handled and transferred there.
i.e. 1. By default - handled and transferred should be excluded
2. On selection of slicer - it should calculate average of handled and transferred overall.
Please help me!!
Hi @Anonymous ,
If I understand you correctly, you will need to create a measure using SELECTEDVALUE() function to get the selected value and ISFILTERED() function to determine if the slicer is filtered.
Please refer to below measure and the result would be show as below.
Measure =
IF (
ISFILTERED ( 'Table 2'[Name] ),
CALCULATE (
AVERAGE ( 'Table'[amount] ),
FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Name] = SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table 2'[Name] ) )
),
CALCULATE (
AVERAGE ( 'Table'[amount] ),
FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Name] <> "D" )
)
)
BTW, Pbix as attached, hopefully works for you.
Best Regards,
Jay

Hi @Anonymous ,
If i understand you correctly, you can use ISFILTERED() function to exclude handled and transferred user by default.
For Example:
IF(NOT(ISFILTERED('Tablename'[Columnname])),ResultIfTrue,ResultIfFalse)
