I have a Matrix Visual
Where I show
e.g If Initially ther were 20 Contacts, and 15 new Contacts were added then #Contacts=35
Month . #Contacts . #NewContacts
Jan . 35 15
Feb . 45 10
Mar . 65 . 20
The way my dateSlicer gets the NewContacts , with the help of Date Created..
I need help on how Can I come with a measure for #Contacts
Thank you

Not only has running/cumulative total been written about extensively, but the latest April update allows for this via Quick Calc with no need for you to write your own DAX measure.
Thank you .. I found a good article on which can do to it, just including it as a reference
Calculating Cumulative Total
Hi, I'am sorry I don't get the idea. What do you want to do? is it an cumulative measure? or have contacts in 20 instead of 35 for january (if so, just substract the columns)
Regards,
Happy to help!
Yes
Its a Cumulative Measure kind of things..
At any given month, it should show the Total Contacts Added So Far and should not apply the slicer for it
