I set a value to Don't Summarize but not everything shows up in the table

If I select Don't Summarize for a column (Feeder) then I don't see all years.  If I select Sum I can see all years, however some rows are not accurate adds some together.

For example this adds up feeder 42 & 62 making 104 instead of 2 rows

If I select Don't Summarize then I can only see information for 2022.

This is impacting my ability to add a slicer to select by year.

2 ACCEPTED SOLUTIONS

I think it was a hidden slicer somewhere.  I ended up deleting the visualization and rebuilding and it fixed the problem.  It was affecting 2 out of the 9 tabs I had.

HI @CatieBeth ,

If there was some existing filter (As I suggested) that was affecting your visual not to show the data; can you please accept my response as a solution?

I see you have marked your response as a solution.

Thanks,

Pragati

There should be other contexts that affect the display results, and more information is needed to judge.

Can you share a sample file for us to judge?

Hi @CatieBeth ,

Is there any other filter on your data columns that is not showing you 2021 data?

In your second screenshot, I can see a filter on Sub column, is that the reason why 2021 data is not shown?

Please check if there are any other filters going on in Power BI like in filter tab/Power Query editor/etc.

Thanks,

Pragati
