Hi. I am having trouble trying to calculate percentages for the number of tickets under 4 hours by Severity. So, for Moderate, there are 2 out of 5 tickets under 4 hours for 40%. What is the best way to accomplish this in Power BI? Please help. Thanks!
Ticket ID | Severity | Time to Resolve (hours) |
3621 | Moderate | 8 |
4775 | Critical | 50 |
5557 | Moderate | 1 |
6604 | High | 3 |
8191 | Moderate | 20 |
7222 | High | 1 |
8377 | High | 2 |
9876 | Moderate | 3 |
4432 | High | 0 |
1551 | Moderate | 10 |
Expected result | |

Hi @The_Clam
Try a DAX measure
Measure =
COALESCE (
COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Time to Resolve (hours)] < 4 ) )
/ COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ),
0
)
