I have problem about gantt mattrix

first of all I use matrix to create gantt chart 

and I filter it by only 2021

like these

but you will see some row with have not have schedule in this year but also come with all blank

and table that make all month

first is for create series off all month in data

and these is measure for find that startdate and end date is in range of that month

if is in range it will return progress of project but if not it will return -10

to not confuse with color in gantt if -10 it will white

but 0-100 will be red to green
