I have an inconvenience of slowness with the visualizations Power BI connection to SQL SERVER - Relational,
The company where I work handles more than 1 million data and according to their needs I have seen that it is necessary to use formulas that are not allowed in directquery as DAX time intelligence formulas, I do not know what to do that they recommend me, I believe that a model can be used dimensional as SSIS SQL and perform all the calculations in SSIS and you see the visualizations in Power BI faster?

what dou you recommend ?

thank you very much

Hi @Jancarlos_Ascen,

1 million data mightn't a big dataset. I would suggest importing the data into Power BI to leverage the power of all DAX functions. All the data is local, the speed would be reasonable.
