I have an error on a formula I cannot figue out

I cant figure why this formula isn't working?

 

AR From Billed Claims = SUM('New_Demo_Charge_Dataset'[Balance]) - [AR Related To Credentialing]
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?  It works on some other dataset i am using.  i just copied it over.
Thank you in advance for your help!

The reason the formula's were not working was because The Billing Day was text.

Hi @jonnyA ,

 

The error message tells us that your data type is wrong. Please check whether there is text in your data type and modify your data type.

Hi @jonnyA 

You Copied the formula from Import mode Model to Live connection mode on SSAS? 

SSAS can reject some DAX formulas espacially when the Format of the columns are not the same, like the one you have. I think you have a column that's been formated in Power Query via Import mode and when you want to use Live connection mode to SSAS, this late didn't recognize the new Format.
