I have a problem with creating a formula.
I have data for business partners and I need to calculate / create a machine that will show how much the partner has a commission (column amount). The matter seems simple but there are some hierarchies in partners web, and the column "Level" says about it. The formula should show what kind of partner is for whom the "NR" and "Level" column shows. Example: If the same number exists 3 times in the "NR" column: 2044; 2044; 2044 there will always be a hierarchy in the "Level" column, that is: 3; 2; 1.
The merchant assigned to level 3 and No. 2044 will be responsible for the merchant from level 2 at No. 2044. This shows the photo
