I cannot install on premise data gateway (personal mode)

I have uninstall already but i cannot install again Please help me to fix it

When i push continue : Pop up happen

Hi @bestpop ,

For "Key not valid for use in specified state" errors try moving the folder RSA from C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA to say C:\RSA (just in case there should be a need to restore it) then try installing again. This folder appears to act as a cache and should be rebuilt automatically as required.

The Gateway that you uninstalled, was working before? if so why did you want to Unistall it?
Your Windows server, or OS is it a 32 bit?

It was working before but i need to change new computer.when i installed gateway to new computer (same email) the system showed pop up "found existing gateway, so i uninstall gateway program in previous computer but it was not working.For now, same popup found existing gateway and

Try installing it into your new computer using another email. it will work
