I can't publish a report from PowerBI Desktop

I have reinstalled my laptop. I installed all applications. So did I for PowerBI desktop. I signed in with my company account. I have access with my account on Power BI. I am one of the administrator. 

From PowerBI desktop I can't Publish a report, doesn't matter how simple is the report. 

What am I doing wrong?

Normally when you don't have any data in the powerbi, publish option is greyed out like the screenshot you provided.

If this is not case, please share more infor as mentioned earlier.

Yes, you are totally right! I added some data and I can publish now.

Need a bit more info. Why exactly can't you publish a report?  What happens when you try?  Are you getting an error message?
