Hi @Asmoday1507 ,

If you not open a pbix file ,and only to open the PowerBI Desktop Client, will it with the same question?

You could try to download Power BI Desktop  from Microsoft Store.

We are sorry that we were unable to reproduce your question. There may be several reasons for the problem, you can try the following.

Solution1, The issue happens on windows 10 when you have multiple screens set at different DPI scales. Keep multiple screens with the same  DPI scales.

Solution2,Right Click on Power BI Desktop x64 and left click on Troubleshoot Compatibility.

Use recommended settings applied to PBIDesktop:  - Windows compatibility mode: Windows 8 or 8.1  Then Test.

@Asmoday1507 can you check the Power BI version between the file created by the client and the desktop version you are using to open it, maybe that is causing it?
