Hyperlink to Sharepoint Online List in a table coloumn- no https

Hey guys,

I would like to create hyperlink to a Sharepoint Online List Folder. The problem I'm facing is that for some reason I do not get the complete URL, the beginning "https:" part is missing, it only starts from the /sites/xysharepoint...

I still changed in Modeling the Data Category to "Web URL", but as I do not have the https: part, Power BI does not consider it as a Web URL.

My question would be, if you know by any chance how it is possible to create a hyperlink without https: or if you have an idea why I do not see the whole URL path? In the beginning at "Get Data" I had to put in the whole URL, otherwise the connection would not have been established.

Many thanks,

Adam

Hi @Anonymous

To reproduce this problem on my site, please provide some details

do you connect with "SharePoint List", or "SharePoint Online List",or 'SharePoint Folder"?

Which URL do you paste when Get Date?

Does the url without "https:" exsit in the original dataset from the data source? it refers to a SharePoint List or a SharePoint Folder?

Based on my knowledge, to create hyperlink to a Sharepoint Online List Folder, you could refer to the following links

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/power-bi-hyperlinks-in-tables

Best regards

Maggie
