Ive been tasked with setting up a skills matrix,
Currently my data is on sharepoint online, my data is arranged like this
Each of these lists are a category and each have around 5-30 skills. I need to build a dashboard, currently each tab on the dashboard is the same as sharepoint showing the skills and dates etc, however im trying to build something like the following where a user can select the employee and it will show all there skills like the following
So my question is how do i go about this? Ive added all the lists and categorised them, however if i add them they appear like the sharepoint list and i have to go to the right to see them all, how can i make them only show up with the category name and the date if there is data in the field and a yes or no slicer if i wish to show what skills they dont have?
