How would you approach this business case?

Hi,

I have a data set that looks like this:

Raw Data.JPG

I want to give 'Quantity Sold' a ranking of A, B, or C based on its % of total.

=IF(SUM(D$2:D2)<=0.85,"A",IF(SUM(D$2:D2)<=0.95,"B","C"))

The results looks like this:

Quantity Rank.JPG

Here is where it gets tricky. I want to have another ABC ranking for Total Sales, but I want it applied to each of the ABC rankings from Quantity.

Essentially, this is the ranking model.

Quantity RankingSales Ranking
AA
AB
AC
BA
BB
BC
CA
CB
CC

What is the best approach to take here? Can all of these rankings be done in the power query editor, or can/should they be done as measures/columns?
