Is it possible to have a Scroll bars in Reports?
If Yes, How we can achieve it?

What Scroll bars do you want in reports? Would you please provide more description?

As I know, in a table or matrix visual, scroll bars will appear automatically if the visual size (width or height) is too small to hold the all the data records.

Change the page size setting and page view setting, soemtimes we can see scroll bars. Please read this article: Change the size of a report page
