How to visualize Multi-select questions as a bar graph?

Hi everyone,

I want to visualize several questions which have the option of multi-selecting answers. For example a question asks to choose the qualities of a leader and there are several options to choose from and people select 3 each, I want the graph to appear as such on Power BI: (BTW this data I am getting live from KoboToolbox)

There're two common way to do that.

1# Add fields to filters, in your scenario add qualities to filters.

2# Create slicers with fields, in your scenario use qualities as a slicer.

So you want to show top3 quantities for each leader?Try RANKX() function or TOPN filter.

Is your sample data the expected result or the raw data? Better to show sample data and expected out put to us if you don't have any Confidential Information.
