I'm having some trouble getting this chart to work.
I have a bunch of dates (beginning of month)
I want to be able to make projects based on some numbers
a starting value (savings)
1st what if parameter (income)
2nd what if parameter (expenses)
Basically, I want to start with the starting value (savings).
And then for each month, add the income (what if parameter), and take away expenses (what if parameter)
For those that are more visual, ive included an example of what I'm trying to do below.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to make this work?
I've tried using a running total quick measure, with the sum of the value being subtracted from the initial figure, though this does not pass through the dates.
