How to use the Maxdate Of Each Row in a group ?

How can i used the last row of each group to use a min date for the next row?

    FILTER ( ALL ( Plants ), Plants[Prod Date] < vProdDate )

    MAXX ( vPrevDates, Plants[Prod Date] )
