Hey All,
I would like to create a table visual with sold products by month per product. I did this for the quarters with this measure:
Total Products Sold Qtr1 2020 = CALCULATE([Total Products Sold],Table[Quarter]=1). That gave me this correct result:
Now I would like to do the same for each month, but is there a faster way than writing this measure 12 times every month? And what about next year, do I have to do the same, except I have to add the year 2021? There's probably a way to make that dynamic as well.
Thanks for your time!

@DeBIe ,
if you are trying create the same visual, use Matrix visual with conditional formatting and on column place you month and in values Total Products Sold.
Here we don't need to write measure.

Hi,
You can create a calendar table and establish a relationship with the fact table (sales table). Then use Calander table columns either month or quarter in the visual by using a single sum(solidity) measure.
Appreciate a Kudos! 🙂
