Having another table named candidate.
Created relationship between date field of date dimension table with created date field of candidate table. relation is one-to-many with both type filter option.
Now added date field of date dimension table to a slicer and want to filter candidate table data on date basis.

@swapna When I first started using a date table my problem was that my slicers were using the Date field from my FACT table not my Date table. Worth checking.
First image desicribes when slicer and candidate data loaded.
Second image if i am applying the filter the grid becomes blank although data is present for the filtered date.
Regards,
Swapna.
Hi @swapna,
It's weird. Please restart your PowerBi desktop and check if it works fine.

Can you elaborate? I have created a report with similar functionality and it is working fine.
