How to use bookmarks to display a page view by default when navigating using the page tab navigation

I've created two bookmarks with different views on one page. Bookmark 1 is used to filter the data. Bookmark 2 is used to show the data. I've got it working with buttons to navigate between the two; however, I cannot figure out how I can make the tab navigation default to Bookmark 1 so users have to filter the data before they can view it. 

I'd appreciate any help you can offer. Cheers!

Try to rank the Bookmark 1 in front of Bookmark 2 .
