How to use API commands

Hello PBI'ers,

I really don't know how to get data from an API like:

https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/personalization/get-users-top-artists-...

Even when I use the tutorials from internet, I won't get data.

Can any of you give me an example for the particular spotify API on how to pull data?

(I don't understand on how to use the paramaters etc...)

I basically want to get some insights on my favorite bands/tracks over time based on my own Spotify account.
