How to transfer ownership of a dashboard and repor...

I need to change ownership of a dashboard created in my personal Power Bi Developer version that I need to transfer the owner ship to my client. Everything I have read states that this isn't possible, What is the status of this changing soon? Does anyone have a step by step workaround? My client needs this ASAP. I hate to go back to them and state that is is not possible, which was the reason they came to me in the first place. Original was created by former employee and they were unable to make any changes.

HELP, URGENT, I am a week behind on deliver due to this issue.

I agree. I developed reportds and dashboard in my personal account and now want to share with my company. Because the sharing options for people outsid ethe origanizations are so bad an easy fix would be to transfer it to the Power BI account I set up with my business email. What is sad is I work for a large company and people are very interested in the tool but the first time I share with executives the experience wont be up to par because simple things like Focus Mode isnt displayed and they cant get additional insights. Either the sharing fucntionality needs to be fixed or we need the ability to transfer bth reports and dashboards to new owners.

There is no direct way to tranfer the ownership . Couple of things that you can try as a work around :

1> Deploy the Report in the Group WorkSpace from the Power BI desktop and Share the ownership with the client . The edit can happen on the group workspace by assigning appropiate rights on the same.

2> Create an organisational content Pack and ask the user to connect the same and personlise the content pack , to edit the reports and dashboards .
