How to summarise a text column by another text column

Hi I'm new to power bi - what i would like to do is summarise a text column (with various full names including duplicates) by another text column (again with various full names including duplicates). The intended result would be to show for each unique full name in column A all the related full names from column B.

In excel I would use a pivot table for this however I have approximately 1.5m lines of data so I cannot perform this task using excel.

I'm looking for step by step instructions please.
