How to sum values of one month and add them to one coulmn

I have made examples of what I want to accomplish in Excel

How can I sum up the Values of colum 14 and add them to the time coulumn?

Thanks @v-yuezhe-msft but i only want to sum up values in the 14 coulumn because their are values of time I don't want to add also there are other coulums like 49 and 216 that need to be added to the value of the number respectivley.
