How to sum data from SharePoint onto a report

Hi,

I currently retrieve some data from a SharePoint list which is stored in a DAX table as follows:

IdQuestion 1Question 2Question 3Comments
1YesYesNoLorem Ipsum
2YesNoYesLorem Ipsum dolor sit amet
3(Blank)NoNo

On my Dashboard, I'm want to be able to show a Table / Matrix that shows the amount of Yes, No and blank answered questions. Something like this for example:

 YesNoEmpty
Question 1201
Question 2120
Question 3120

I read somewhere that this could be achieved using unpivoting in Power Query, but as my list contains about 15 questions and a lot of records, i was wondering whether unpivoting wasnt too much trouble performance wise, or if there is a simpeler way to achieve this.

Thanks for the help.
