How to split the column by delimeter and converted into row?

Hi

My original data is below,

NameCategory
Testaa; bb; cc; dd
Test1aa; cc
Test2cc; aa;dd
Test3aa;bb;cc
Test4aa
Test5dd
Test6dd;aa

I want to split the category and create a new row for each respective name like below format

NameCategory
Testaa
Testbb
Testcc
Testdd
Test1aa
Test1cc
Test2cc
Test2aa
Test2dd
Test3aa
Test3bb
Test3cc
Test4aa
Test5dd
Test6dd
Test6aa

I tried in Power Query but not successful. Any suggestions, please?
