How to sign up to attend Microsoft Business Application Event ?

When i see the ads below :-

when i click registration , i try to click all the button , i am unable to sign up to attend the webinar :-

Hope some one can share with me , in case you already sign up.

@admin11 , use the account registered with microsoft. The one you use for app.powerbi.com login
