How to show the change of value of the Measure2 compared to Measure1?

Hi
Help me please.
I have two measures.
Measure1 - value of previous month.
Measure2 - value of current month.

I want to show like a arrow near by measure2.
When measure2 more than Measure1 - arrow up and green color.
When measure2 smaller than Measure1 - arrow down and green red.
how can this be implemented?

Use conditional formatting

Have a change % column near to measure, or change it in the Advance control of conditional formatting. In conditional formatting choose the required measure.
