Hello,
I am using a box and whisker plot to show headcount as a percentage of the total headcount for a selection of companies. I want to be able to show only one dot for a specific company to show where they sit in the range, is this possible?
Any help with this will be much appreciated!
Data layout is simply (but to a larger extent)
Company | Headcount as % of total |
1 | 10% |
2 | 5% |
3 | 20% |
4 | 50% |
5 | 25% |
Hello @Anonymous ,
Drag Company column in “Axis Category I” data field and Headcount column in “Value” data field:

Unfortunately it does not. I wish to show the data in one box and whisker plot to show the spread all in one. My actual data has far more values and more fields. I can get the data to show in one box and whisker plot but i just want to know if there is an easy way to show the range and box under one and then show where one particular value sits on that range?
