How to show single department data from a list of Department

Hi,

So I am already showing all departments data on first page of my report and have also added slicer for Department selection. Now, I want to create separate pages of each department where I can show data individually i.e department wise. One page will have data only for a particular department. How can I do that?

Thank you the answer is really useful. But it seems it works on one visual only i.e. clustered bar chart. What if I want it to work for all the visuals on that page for that particular department. Like the second one multi-row card is not showing data only for that department. How this could be done. Please assist.

Also, when I drill through it is showing all team members names of all departments and not only for Engineering Services(ES) department. How this can be sorted? Please assist.
