How about this:

Measure = DIVIDE(COUNT('TABLENAME'[Customers]), COUNT('TABLENAME'[Orders]))
Make sure that there is no nulls in any cells on both columns.
You can turn null cells to zero using IFERROR(,....., 0)

Hi @themistoklis

Thank you for your response but how to show this measure value in Column C's Total?

@jatneerjat

Have you checked if there are null values?

If they exist then you will never see the total
