How to show only items added to tooltips in tooltops

I'd like the tooltips to only show the items I have placed in Tooltips. By default it shows the Axis & Values.

 

Reason: Stacked column, i'd like the tooltip to show both of the stacks values regardless if on the bottom level or top. If I add them to tooltips, the tool tip then displays the value as well as the added tool tip

That is an indirect way to solve my problem. Overkill (in a good way though, it's good to know how to get all fancy as such... 

 

So, the answer to my question then is, NO. PowerBI Tooltip function by itself does not allow for not displaying attributes used in the data or axis of the visual
