How to show in the report data p&l with a % and an eur/kg

• Hello I woul like to have dynamic a view of a p&l with a % cogs  vs sales and eur/kg vs volume.
• how can I do this ?

		How to have this report
					Product A
			Volume kg	1000
			Sales eur		10000
			Sales eur/kg	10,0
			Cogs		3500
			Cogs eur/kg	3,5
			Cogs in % Sales	35,0%

I think I need a mesure.
