How to show data details after clicking on column in column chart?

My colleague who now left created this visulisation. By clicking on the column, the detail data will show underneath. How do I create such view?

If I understand your scenario correctly that you want to click an column, then the details data will show in the table below the chart?

Nornally, you could achieve it if you create a table visual with the detail data of the columns.

For another option, you could try to create the Tooltip to show the specific details of the column you select like below.
