How to show and indirect relationship when it's not showing

The three tables are this way

WorkItem

Cardinality

Feature

Cardinality

Epic

Cardinality

Initiative

ParentWorkitemID - >

Many to One, Single

<- WorkItemId

<- WorkItemId

WorkItemID

ParentWorkItemID ->

Many to One, Single

ParentWorkItemID ->

Many to One, Single

The issue is when there is no Feature but there is a an Intitiative linked to Feature it doesn't show. No measures or calcs are involved.
Any ideas??
