How to show all the column values in a single row per Circuit Name

Hello All, 

i have a table

I tried using both the Table Visual and Matrix Visual

But unable to show everything in one column like below 

now i need to show all the communities in a one column

Communities =
CONCATENATEX (
    SUMMARIZE ( Circuits, Circuits[Circuit_Name], Circuits[CommunityName] ),
    Circuits[CommunityName],
    ","
)

Try this measure

=CONCATENATEX(VALUES(Data[Community Name]),Data[Community Name],",")
