How to show YTD of last two years and all quarters of current year

Show Quarters and YTD of last two yearsShow Quarters and YTD of last two yearsHow to display all quarters of current year and YTD of last two years . Lets say if current year is 2019 then all quarters will display of current year and YTD of 2018 and year 2017 as the legends.
