Is there any way to show the table - Breaches for Last 7 Days
Convert it to like below - X Axis Vertically ? and Values Horizontally ?
If I move the Day Month from Row to columns it look like this -

Use the "Show on rows" option in the formatting pane as described here:

Thanks its working. But how do the sort by Day Month. There is no option for that.
Hmm. The default sorting should order the columns by that dimension's sort order. I'm not sure you can remove sorting by measure once applied, so you might need to delete and recreate the matrix without manually applying any sorting.
@suvechha , In Matrix visual, Take date column. and Measures in values and enable option Show on row
