How to set schedule refresh at 3 AM daily ?

Hi All

My raw data is one my NB , it is Excel data file , i like to daily schedule refresh , so that my report from ipad report will be updated. my raw data save at dropbox . it will update daily a Am.

The scheduled refresh should be configured in Power bi service not Desktop.
