How to separate line graph into 2 parts?

how to mimic.gif

So I have one field with a bunch of project statuses. Each status is either in planning or active. I would like to have a single line graph broken up into 2 sections, one with projects in planning and another with active projects.

I created a new field called "Status Grouper" with a Switch statement, categorizing every status as either "Active" or "Planned" accordingly. However, I can't seem to put my Status field and my Status Grouper field on the same graph at the same time! I am pretty new to Power BI, how can I go about this? Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @ailsazheng

Currently it it not possible to add such a line in line visual. However we can add the status column into the legend to work around.
