I have report in Power BI that needs to have each person shown as one row. I need to identify whether a patient has depression or not (Y or N). The top row is the row that will be in the report. I need to pull the data from the bottom row. As you can see both rows have the same Member ID. I need to roll or combine the bottom row with the top row so there is one row per Member ID. There is a filter on the report that only shows records with 'Stratification' in the Origin column. The bottom row is blank for Origin so it gets filtered out. There are no calcuations or math in these columns.
Is there a way to do this?

You can try these steps.
1 Selected columns excepting MemberID column
2 Group these columns by MemberID
The result looks like this:
