How to retreive a "published" report ?

Hi,

I created a report, I saved it on my PC, and then I "published" it.

How can I retreive this report from another PC, or how can I give access on it to one of my colleagues?

Thanks

You would go to app.powerbi.com and login as yourself to see it on another computer. You can then share it with your coworker. Sharing can be a little confusing. You should have a dashboard created for your report. If not, create a new dashboard. Pin a visualization from the report onto the dashboard. Then, you share the dashboard. When the user clicks the visualization, they will be transported to the report.

When I log in, I see [Group Workspaces] in my left hand menu.

If I click the + icon I can create workspaces and add members to this workspace.

When in a Shared Workspace I can add datasets  - including local Power BI Desktop (PBIX) files that everyone in the Shared Workspace can see.

Another option is to create or use a Shared Workspace.  In the Shared Workspace add a new dataset, choose local file and upload your Power BI desktop file.

Make sure your colleage is a member of this workspace.

Interesting, but how to create a Shared Workspace ? (NB: I'm a very beginner)

Thanks

Thanks, that worked!

But in my French version it's not easy to understand. I have, on two rows, the equivalent of:

[My workspace]

[Create a group]
