How to restrict location displayed on map?

Hello,

I am working on an interactive map where I want the display to be restricted to Georgia and not drag to other locations. Is there a way to do that? Also, I am using a donut chart of different colleges along with the map where when I click on a particular college, the map zooms out. I don't want the map to zoom out so is there a way I can prevent it?

Thank you!

The more people VOTE the better chance we have that they will consider implementing

It seems they first consolidate all similar Ideas into 1 and then announce if they'll actually implement! Smiley Happy
