How to replace text with red back ground and white text ?

Now I using above mentioned 

it there a better way ? As I want to reduce 2 steps to 1 step.

Hi Paul,

When you sy you want to replace 2 stepswith 1 - I presume you mean you want only 1 Conditional Formatting rule instead of 2?

Sorry, it has to be 2 because the background and font colors are set separately.  You can't set them both in 1 rule.
