How to remove messages on icon once on hover

Hi,

I'm facing a problem when publishing the report. The icon I added in the report will show a message of 'click here to follow link' if it's on hover. The action of it is a bookmark. I'm wondering whether there is a way to replace the message or hide it?

I don't think you can remove this tooltip, this is built-in message by Power BI
