How to record the log who has viewed whenever connecting my dashboard

I am devloping the dashboard. 

 

i jsut want to record the log in SQL server table which is who has viewed my dashboard. All the the domain user should be stored in my SQL Database.

How to get the user id,date and time of the domain user and same has to be stored in SQL Server database whenever connecting my dashboard..?
